Born and raised in the west of Scotland, Ashleyâs love for storytelling started with the magical tales her grandfather told her as a child, and after dabbling in angsty poetry and narrative non-fiction, she wrote her first novel in 2024.
Her narrative non-fiction work, âuntitled documentâ, was published in Unexpected Gifts - Stories of Change, a collection of personal essays released in 2025.
Ashley lives in Utrecht, the Netherlands, with her husband, their two children, and a Siberian cat whoâs more of a dog.
When she is not writing, she is running her own business, Ameelio, helping businesses grow sustainably.
